The Presentation Factory cannot perform its business activities if no personal data is processed. Your privacy is of great importance to us. that The Presentation Factory is not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites and
sources mentioned on our website.

We do not collect or use your personal data for purposes other than the purposes described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.
Communication
When you send us e-mail or other messages, we will retain those messages for as long as is necessary or reasonable to fully answer and/or handle your message, given the nature of your message. In some cases, we will ask for your personal information if it is relevant to the situation in question. We will handle the information you provide with care.
Third parties
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties. Our employees are required to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on its servers. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the Website and to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.
Security
We ensure appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data you provide against unauthorized use. Secure connections are used to send data over the internet.
View and change personal data
When we process your data, you have the right to inspect that data. If you have any doubts about whether the data is correct, complete or relevant, you can request this in writing, stating the reason, with a copy of your ID. We will make those adjustments as soon as possible or explain to you why your wishes cannot (yet) be fulfilled.
Use of our services
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This information is used to properly perform the service.
Web visit
When you visit our website, the technical characteristics of your requests are recorded in so-called log files on our servers. We do not track who uses which IP address at what time and we therefore do not trace this data back to you.

For the forms we use Google reCAPTCHA. By submitting the forms you agree to the privacy and general terms of Google.
